Randall Bloom, PLS

Randall is a retired BLM Cadastral Survey land surveyor interested in furthering the goals of the Chapter, fostering a working relation- ship with the larger land tenure community, recruiting land surveyors, and supporting the Colorado Mesa University Tech Land Surveying/Geomatics Program. He is a 1987 graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, B.S., Land Surveying, and is a Colorado PLS since 1992.
